The answers to all of the above are YES. When I first found out about this book, I figured it was impossible how could someone have figured out a way to win the lotto. So then I did some research and found various The Lotto Black Book Reviews and found that others who have purchased this book, have had success in whatever lotto they were applying it to. Im not saying everyone who wrote about this book have won the lotto, but they stated that they have all made money almost every time they played since the purchase of the book. I even read a couple that were one number short of winning the lotto, and saw one that actually did win the lotto. Keep in mind this book is fairly new, this means that this people have all had success and some have had major wins in a very short time.
